Refund Policy

Digital product — all sales are generally final

INKLY is an instant digital download. Because customers receive immediate access to the downloadable files upon purchase, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered or made available — except where a customer is validly exercising the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, which only applies to orders that were not accompanied by the express instant-delivery consent described on the Terms of Use page.

14-day compatibility support

If you experience issues accessing your files, using the download link, or opening INKLY on a supported device (Kindle Scribe, iPad with Apple Pencil, or Samsung Tab), contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll do our best to help by troubleshooting, resending access, or providing guidance.

In specific cases, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What we can help with

• Download link not working
• File not opening on a supported device
• Internal links not responding as expected
• Receiving the wrong file

We cannot issue refunds simply because a customer changed their mind, purchased the wrong product, or decided the product did not meet subjective expectations not described on the sales page.

How to request support

Contact us within 14 days of purchase, including your order email address, the device you are using, and a short description of the issue. We will respond as soon as possible.
