14-day works-on-your-device guarantee

If INKLY won't open, or its internal links don't work, on a supported device (Kindle Scribe, iPad with Apple Pencil, or Samsung Tab), email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll work with you to fix it. If we can't get it working on your device, we'll refund your order in full.

To use the guarantee, write to us within 14 days with your order email address, the device and app you are using, and a short description of what isn't working. A screenshot helps us fix it faster.

Digital product and the right of withdrawal

INKLY is an instant digital download. Because you receive the files immediately after purchase, orders are final once the download has been delivered or made available, except for the guarantee above and except where a customer is validly exercising the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, which only applies to orders that were not accompanied by the express instant-delivery consent described on the Terms of Use page.

What the guarantee covers

• The download link doesn't work
• The file won't open on a supported device
• Internal links don't respond as they should
• You received the wrong file

We first try to fix the problem by resending access, sending a corrected file, or walking you through the import. If none of that works on your device, you get a full refund.

The guarantee doesn't cover a change of mind, buying the wrong product, or expectations that aren't described on the sales page. If you're unsure, the free Starter Pack lets you test the linked navigation on your own device before you buy.
