Digital product

INKLY is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF file. No physical product is shipped. Upon purchase, you receive a download link to access your files electronically.

Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal

INKLY is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. It is delivered electronically as a downloadable file.

Before completing checkout, you are asked to expressly confirm — through a dedicated checkbox that is separate from any marketing opt-in — that you request immediate delivery of INKLY before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and that you acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. The date and time of this consent are recorded together with your order.

This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which implements Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, and applies to digital content whose delivery has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to that order. Accordingly, no digital withdrawal function is required for that order under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.

INKLY files are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload publicly, modify for resale, or include the files — in whole or in part — in another product or service.

One license is for one person. Purchasing INKLY does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Device compatibility

INKLY has been built and tested on Kindle Scribe, iPad with Apple Pencil, and Samsung Tab. It may also work with PDF annotation apps that support internal links, but compatibility with every device or application is not guaranteed.

INKLY is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon, Kindle, GoodNotes, Samsung, Apple, reMarkable, BOOX, Supernote, Kobo, or any other brand mentioned on this website. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Updates

We may provide product updates at our discretion. Updates are not guaranteed and are not included as a contractual obligation of purchase.

Limitation of liability

INKLY is provided as-is. PD Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
