Check the built-in Quickstart guide inside your INKLY file — it covers navigation, writing, and setup.
Make sure your PDF app supports internal hyperlinks. Most do, but some viewers do not activate tappable links by default.
On Kindle Scribe, collapse the pen toolbar when tapping links, then reopen it to write. The toolbar can block tap targets.
Try re-downloading the file from your order confirmation email. Download links are valid and can be reused.
